S-1665 Distillation Apparatus - Cyanide

For removing interfering substances in quantitative analysis for cyanide. The sample is reacted with H2SO4and Cu2C12which converts any cyanide to HCN. The HCN distills over and is absorbed in a NaOH solution which is then analyzed for CN. Reference : ASTM D2036. Available with either ground or polished joints.
