With inner joint at bottom. Adapter has 10/18 outer joint and # 7 screw thread offset at top. The screw thread will accept diameters of 6.5mm to 7mm. The Standard Taper 24/25 and 29/26 medium length joints are compatible with standard taper 24/40 and 29/42 outer joints
