S-2909A Vacuum Manifold - Inert Line - 4 Port

The main vacuum line has 4 ports with a unique configuration of 0-4mm valves (M). These valves are bent at a 90 degree angle after being sealed to either vacuum or inert gas side of the manifold which forms a strong and compact assembly and allows the line to be set up with the trap assembly on the right or the left side. A 25mm I.D. O-ring joint at the end of the vacuum line is used for clean out and is supplied complete with a cap style stopper (A). A gauging port (C) is placed on the vacuum line with an 18/9 ball joint.
A port for connecting a bubbler or inert gas source is attached to the inert gas line (B) and a cross over valve (D) is used for evacuation of the system. Both ends of the inert gas lines have #9 O-ring joints (E) and cap stoppers for clean out.
The 0-12mm valve (F) is used to isolate the manifold from the traps. The pre-trap (L) has two 35/20 socket joints to connect it to the manifold and the main trap. The main trap assembly (K) has two 0-12mm valves (G & J) that allows the trap to be separated from vacuum for cleaning. There is a valve gauging port (H) with 18/9 ball joint between the pre-trap and main trap. A 40mm O-ring joint connects the main trap body to the assembly. Tube below valve (J) is 20mm O.D. for connection to vacuum source.
Complete assembly is approximately 46″ wide and 23″ in height. Complete unit is supplied with two #18 stainless steel pinch clamps, three # 35 stainless steel pinch clamps, one # 65 stainless steel pinch clamp and viton O-rings for the four O-ring joints.
