S-2316 Stircontrol II - Glas-Col

Closely regulates electromagnetic stirring speed.
Unit is used with S-2315. The stircontrol II creates and synchronizes the magnetic field. Its stirring speed is extremely stable, even at 50 rpm, despite temperature or load. When restarting (as for removal and reinsertion of the flask), the “Synchrostart” feature maintains linkage between the field and the bar. At restart, the selected speed is reached in approximately 4 seconds. The Stircontroll II connects to the stirmantle by a cord, allowing it to be placed outside corrosive hood atmospheres and is easily accessible.

Led relative field speed indication, lighted ON/OFF power switch, fuse protection, 3-wire load receptacle, 3- wire line cord, and molded plug, receptacles on front for operating two stirring units at once.
