S-2644 Stirrers Air Powered

All air powered stirrers are explosion-proof and are ideal for safely mixing all types of solvents, lacquers and volatile chemicals without the possibility of spark ignition. Several explosion-proof models are available for your high speed, general purpose and high torque mixing applications. A needle valve allows you to vary mixing speed and a special muffler ensures quiet operation.
The reversible model has a motor that you can set to rotate in the direction that you choose by simply connecting the air supply line to the right port for counter-clockwise rotation or the left port for clockwise rotation depending on your need. Choose from 3 reversible models: A-RV, G-RV (1/2 hp) or 1500-RV (1-1/2 hp).

Each mixer comes complete as shown with a 9/16 inch dia. x 10 inch L support rod (A 5/8 inch dia. for models 750, 1500 and 1500-RV) and a 316 stainless steel shaft and propeller assembly. The shaft measures 3/8 inch dia. x 12 inch L, and has a 2-1/2 inch dia. Propeller (A 4-1/4 inch dia. Propeller for models 750, 1500 and 1500-RV). Mixers include a 4-foot air hose with double fittings for connection to your air supply. (Note: we recommend using a filter/regulator in your air supply line.)
Torque values and air consumption given at air pressure of 80 psi and motor speed 6000 rpm and 2000 rpm for model 750 and model 1500.
