S-1804 Rotary Evaporator Bump Trap
Used between the vapor tube and the evaporation flask on a rotary evaporator to prevent contents of the flask from being drawn into the condenser in the event of “Bumping”. Trap has a 24/40 outer joint at top and bottom inner joint. Style “B” is similar in design to style “A” except with the addition of two 4mm drain holes at the base of the inner tube to allow solvent to drain back into the evaporator flask. Trap can be plastic coated upon request.
